1. Company Incorporation

A Digital Signature Certificate is a requirement when establishing entities such as Public Limited Companies, Private Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, or One Person Companies.

3. Ministry of Corporate Affairs

If your business achieves an annual turnover surpassing INR 60 Lakhs, it becomes obligatory to authenticate your returns using a Digital Signature Certificate.

5. Goods and Service Tax

 If you are a business entity (other than the Sole Proprietorship) it is mandatory to have Digital Signature Certificate for both registrations and verifying GST Returns online
